June Wine Cocktail of the Month...

Pinot green-io


1 peeled Kiwi

2 tablespoons of mango juice

1 tablespoon of sweet basil

2oz of En Primeur Winery Series Italy Pinot Grigio


Add a little bit of Muddle kiwi, add mango juice, sweet basil and Italy Pinot Grigio.

Pour into a shaker and shake vigorously.

Pour into a coupe glass and garnish with a peeled kiwi slice.
