This year marks Luscious Wines’ 20th Anniversary and we are hosting a “Winemaker and Chefs Tasting Evening”. Enjoy 5 Restricted Quantities Benchmark Wines paired with a 5 course tasting plate menu prepared and presented by Growing Chef’s Ontario.

 Join us for a fun and informative evening learning the nuances’ of wine tasting and food pairing. Learn about our Annual RJS Craft Winemaking Restricted Quantities Program featuring wines from around the world.

This year’s theme is PUTTIIN’ on the RITZ – TOASTING THE TWENTIES

Each wine will be accompanied by freshly prepared and crafted tasting plates highlighting flavour profiles and characteristics of each wine.


The Evening’s Wine & Tasting Plate Menu:

Spanish Macabeo with Shrimp ceviche in phyllo tarts

Spanish Rosé with Preserved peach and tomato caprese salad

Argentina Bonarda Syrah with Braised beef ragu with polenta and gremolata

Australian Pinot Noir Shiraz with Pan-seared duck breast with cherry pinot noir reduction and roasted fingerling potatoes

Chile Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot with Chocolate budino with olive oil and fleur de sel
